- Lost items are entered into a centralized computer system. About 10k lost items are found and returned each month.
- Platfroms and stations get cleaned on a regular basis.
- If there is a drunk, sleeping person on the last stop, who doesn't want to be bothered, they will be up pickup by staff and escorted out of the car and onto nearby benches.
- People are encouraged to ask train concierge for help. One of them recalls how someone ask her for places to go on a date.
