NOBODY INVESTIGATES YOUR POVERTY.

Nigeria sef. When E-Money and his elder brother Kaycee Limpopo were in the street, police didn't investigate him oooo. Now he is rich, they want to investigate his wealth. Like my brother OC Emcee said: "Nobody investigates ur poverty".

I am happy that E-Money has the "required" Goodwill that set him free (within a few hours) from this aborted embarrassment. Emeka is a good man. He is different, benevolent and very humble. Some Igbos do not love themselves shaa. Sad to note that E-Money's travail was championed by a fellow Igbo man. Nya dibalu Chukwu shaa.

This statement is a very stupid one. And I don't blame this one since his a beneficiary.

If you are rich and you flaunt it, the public have the right to ask questions about the source of your wealth. Na all of us they hustle nau.

There is a way you spend money that will show you didn't work for it. Why is the Gates and Dangotes not spending senselessly like this under the watch of the authorities?

The Police is setup to investigate crime, not poverty. At least, na wetin we read for book.

But poverty is a crime against humanity which is why one of the MDGs goals is "Eradicate Extreme poverty by 2020"

MDGs (millennium development goals)

It's not about witch hunting, it's about accountability. Why didn't he ask police officers to be opening car doors for him when he was poor? nobody was after him untill he started using police officers like domestic workers.

He's not the only person in nigeria having police personnel as Escorts. Dont let poverty devour you. You are poor and Jealous at the same time. Next thing now you will be caught trying to use your mother for Ritual that will not even work for you.

If he was suspected to have committed crime while poor he would have been investigated.

He's been suspected now because he did not enjoy his wealth in peace without showing off and state police as his underdogs.

How is he showing off?
By posting pictures?
So he can't post pictures again?
Is he forcing anyone to follow him on Instagram.
Nigerians with their Nigerian mentality.

So it is a crime to be rich?

I didn't say that. I said the Police is setup to investigate crime. A crime can be committed by the rich or the poor. Work on your understanding.

9jaDoomCountry:

He has not been associated with any known crime before the law. He has bvn with which is easy to track his financial dealings and all these while no red flag.
You seem to have more information than the Police. Maybe you should be in a court, rather on Nairaland. I know that's what I'd do, if I really cared like you do.

9jaDoomCountry:

Then because he flaunts it he becomes a suspect eh kwa!
Brother, I'm home enjoying the lockdown, enjoying goat meat stew. Come join me. No one is fighting with you...

9jaDoomCountry:

Anyway it's 9ja mentality sha.

By Naija mentality, I'm sure you mean mentality of inferior quality. I wonder what kinda mentality you possess - cos it certainly isn't helping your comprehension.

Try to breathe and chill before you reply. life ain't that hard.

Lol! Too many illiterates are in Nigeria. In saner climes just spending a certain amount of money on an item could invite the IRS knocking at your door steps. woe betide you if you can't give a decent explanation.

The opposite is practised here. An armed robber and kidnapper could be trekking today and the very next day he'd be balling and driving exotic cars, telling people "God has finally done it". I have discovered that the core problem of Nigeria isn't the government but the society.

it sounds like in order to have peace of mind you should be poor.
you seem to forget that since like 2010 when KCEE made money from music he gave it to his brother to invest in shipping
ask KCEE, he will tell you himself. why should E-money explain himself to people on the internet.
is it wrong for people to show off what thy have?

Eiyaa! Bro people earn over $20 million in a year on YouTube not to talk of other avenues of income.

Check your Google and multiply it by exchange rate in naira.

Can you give me examples of Nigerians that earned that using E-money's context as a reference who made his billions when youtube was not so relevant?

Why did E-money not ask police to open car for him when he was upcoming?

Why all the police escorts? To show us you have arrived? When Mark Zuckerberg was jogging on the Lekki-Ikoyi bridge, did you see any police anywhere?

E-money drew the attention to himself. In my former estate, there was a guy who used to clean out N10m every month. You would never know except from the size of his house that he had money.
you don't know anything!! you must be naive to think Mark Zuckerberg was jogging in Lagos without any security around!! if I may ask, how old are you??

By the same sentiment the police did not investigate his poverty is the fellow in question not able to publish his success story.

No one knows why one chooses one and not the other. Perhaps if 'explosive wealth' can be traced to the source of poverty there you will find the police at work.

In a sane clime, poverty is a crime against humanity which is why they hate to see their citizens poor, hence making all efforts to eradicate poverty.

You investigate poverty by fighting corruption, since stealing by government officials makes both the country and its citizen poor.

Anyone with humanity in him detest poverty and hate to see people being poor.

Its horrible that you and your government don't see poverty as something worst than crime which why you have so many poor people and nobody cares to lift them out of poverty.

If your govt invest energy investigating why so much Nigerians are poor and fight it like they fight other civil crimes, I bet you nobody will be poor in Nigeria.

I am not defending emoney, but I want to put you right that poverty is a crime, in fact it pushes people into crime.

countries that have more rich citizens have less crime rate, investigate this.

He has tons of gas stations in lagos bro. Lemme educate u, clearing and forwarding company rakes billions every year if u are ahead of the game. E money and Jowi Zaza have major deals in Oil.

Please mention the name of this his phantom oil company that no one has ever heard of.

I have attended over 40 Oil Sector seminars from Eko Hotel to Oriental Hotel to Civic Centre to Nigeria Institute for International Affairs etc.

I have never seen this guy at any of those events...no one in the Oil and Gas Sector knows him.

If truly he plays in the Oil sector like he claims he would have appeared at one notable Oil Sector event as either a panelist or as an exhibitor... all those stories you guys peddle is bullsh1t and you can quote me on that!

Which part of the value chain does he play in? Upstream, midstream or downstream.

Anytime you ever see him ask him the full meaning of "WTI", if he even has a clue about the Oil Sector then he should know the meaning!
