No State in Nigeria can implement an effective palliative to its citizens as they have lost touch with reality of an average Nigerian.
Just put more safety measures in place & let people work to feed themselves.

Stop this alarmist talk my friend, was there really any social lockdown in Lagos during the last one ? Was it not just the Economy that was locked down and people kept moving around ? Did that last lockdown reduce the rate of infections or flatten the curve ? Hell No !!!! The last lockdown only triggered Economic slump and more poverty, job losses , salary reduction everywhere ...if the the west didn't lockdown will you also be suggesting lockdown? ..
