well it depends on how standard u want it...word class Studio gulps millions..and when I'm talking millions ,I mean 20m and above...but regardless u can start from somewhere and grow by the day if u don't have up to that...with just 350 -500k (equipments) excluding the apartment and furnitures U can set up something really nice and your outputs would be up to radio standards
