Hello Folks, I need your technical assistance. My Microsoft office word is not working fine. It refused to open. My intention is to remove it from my computer and re-install a new one. BUT I tried to remove the Microsoft office via CONTROL PANEL but it doesn't work. Can I have your advice on alternative to do this or how to correct this anomaly. Thanks |

Insert the CD Microsoft office into the cd rom, see if you can repair it or just try installing again |

I tried doing another installation using a CD so that I can try to repair of modify but the system told me " SETUP HAS STOPPED WORKING". |

I think the problem is virus the best option is for you to format the system |
