Success is something which happens as a consequence. Or an achievement of one's aim or goals. For an individual to declare that he/she has experienced success, it means an effort has paid off. Success requires target goals which are set to be achieved either in a short or long term basis.

Interestingly, success is arguably the most used word both in written and spoken forms by normal humans today and probably before time began. This expression - success never lacks in the lips of those who desire to experience it in their pecuilar life's endeavours. Every normal and reasonable individual living in this challenging world eagerly desires to experience success at all cost. Some even to the extend of obsession. A magnet is a piece of material that attracts some metallic objects.

However, magnets of success implies the qualities, characteristics or actions expected from an individual to experience unwavering success. I strongly believe that everyone keenly desires to succeed, but do you know what is required to experience success? Well, the following amongst other qualities are required:
Goals: A goal is a result that one is attempting to achieve. Your goals are your aims. You must have a goal in order to anticipate success.
Courage: Courage is the quality of a confident character not to be afraid or intimidated easily but without being incautious or inconsiderate. Be determined to succeed. Don't let failure cause you to frail.
Loyalty: Loyalty is a state of being faithful or devoted to someone, cause or nation. A man who lacks loyalty may experience little or no suucess. Because success is not a “one man" affair, it requires the help of one or more people to collectively achieve it. True loyalty enables one to access unhindered success.
Hardwork: A lazy individual cannot experience true and sustainable success. You must be hardworking in order to succeed. Most unsuccessful men you see today are products of laziness. In as much as hardwork is necessary, being smart is key too.
Sincerity: Sincerity is the quality of being honest, freedom from simulation, hypocrisy and false pretence. When you are sincere in what you do, success is definitely inevitable. Sincerity is key to achieving true and great success.
Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge is the fact of knowing about something: general, understanding or familiarity with a subject or place. Without knowledge, it is almost impossible to experience true and sustainable succes. You must know something to be able to do something. Knowledge and skills work hand in hand. A skill is the capacity to do something well; technique and ability. Knowledge and skills are usually acquired or learned as opposed to abilities which are often thought of as innate.
Generosity: This is the trait of being willing to donate more and/or time. A stingy individual cannot experience success. When you find it difficult to give, success will definitely elude you because it is only when you give, that you receive.
Humility: Humility is the characteristics of being humble in character and behavior. A proud individual cannot experience success in any way. Because you will be detested by people. People will not be comfortable working for/with you.
Discipline: Discipline is a controlled behavior, self-control, or a systematic method of obtaining obedience. It takes true discipline to attract success in all areas of life.
Wisdom: Wisdom is a personal character that enables one to distinguish the wise from the unwise. To succeed, you must be wise in your decisions because wrong decisions must surely lead to failure.

Theodore Roosevelt says “Do What You Can With All You Have, Wherever You Are.” A true optimist or one who desires to succeed believes in the value of always giving his all, no matter what he has or where he finds himself. These and other helpful qualities I could not mention above are invaluable for unwavering and all-round success.
