Same here.

We need to overcome the fear though: it is not sustainable and would us susceptible to whatever new fad is in the market to 'manage' COVID-19.

It is not going anywhere anytime soon.

You up your hygiene, have your sanitizers handy and don't lean on surfaces.

Went to the tailor's place and stood for almost an hour decided and counter deciding styles. cry

Your fear is founded. Lagos is running out of bed spaces and reagents to test samples. They now release patients at the first sign of a negative result unlike the initial process of continual tests before letting them go. Practice social distancing, avoid touching shared surfaces/money any how, wash your hands frequently, cover your nose, wear glasses if you can and sanitize as much as you can manage.

For instance, I ran out of my quick fix sandwich items two days ago and went out to get them. It was quite surprising how the vendors were covering their jaws or foreheads with the nose mask and carelessly interacting with me. Hian! While returning, I also met an evangelist wanting to hand me fliers! Hian! I ended up running the bread bag through fire at home since the microwave wasn't working before putting in the fridge. I can't shout biko...may God continue to protect us as we exercise caution.
