Is it too late for a single 33years old to start all over again in pursuit for his dreamt career in life? I.e,going back to school to pursue a career in medicare

It is never too late. When I was in school I had course mates in their 30s who completed their first degree and came back for a second one and I've seen someone become a doctor in his 50s. You need to have a real plan as far as tuition and living expenses go and believe in yourself.

Oh yes you can! Impossible is nothing!

Remember, there's a quote that says "It's not the years in our life that counts, but the life in our years".

Don't see it as starting all over, see it as following your heart...give it your best, ignore what people will say concerning your decision in contrast with your age. Instead, make the decision by the WILL AND STRENGTH IN YOUR HEART.

Thanks..i have enough money to cover all the expenses. Just that i have never been in the coridor of any higher institution before. Am just afraid that i will never gain admission because of my age

Go to a private university go for the cheap ones hopefully you'll get your life back together goodluck

There is one way to find out, apply to as many schools as you can, just dont give up! It is important to believe in yourself and that you can do it. I've come a long way from where I started and one thing that kept me going was to not give up, I met some hindrances but I usually looked for another way to get through, as long as you have the determination to succeed, I believe you can find a way to get through and I am a Christian so trusting God helped a lot(if you are, the psychological importance of trusting God cannot be overestimated).

A guy had a first-class in Economics at the age of forty and was retained in UNIBEN. It is no biggie. Follow your dream.

if I tell you to start pursuing a degree from writing jamb to admission stress at age 33 doesn't mean I can do it either...

This is why I am of the opinion that some motivatioal speaker/writer cannot make heaven... Even when they cannot drink a tea spoon they can give you 99 reasons to be taking alcohol 4 times in a day...

Especially if you are a single lady and you can read and write, don't consider pursuing a degree instead purse your own steady income & family... People who acquire a degree at an old age are usually people with income & family men/women...

You can always acquire a degree at any point in time
