Just imagine he was a Northerner who did not "merit" his appointment because he only got it out of quota system?

In this case, he was from the section of the country who only merit to be appointed to all positions, yet he was sleeping on the job in the public glare.

that Norway ambassador was like shuor, naija man so you really came all the way from naija to hammer this kind sleep. No wonder nothing is working over there.
