The Coronavirus outbreak had made us realize how important our immune system is to our body.

In our body there is a defense mechanism present. 
Which consists of platelets. When anything, literally anything enters the body, these white blood cells recognized these particles as foreign and produce anti-bodies against them. 

It is important that our immune system are strong to performed well at all time. Otherwise, our body become open and vulnerable to virus, sadly, we are surrounded by viruses and bacteria.

How Can We Boost our Immune System to Perform Well?
Fruits and vegetables are very important because it contains important nutrients like vitamins C and A those vitamins can go a long way in boosting our immune system. Also, they have strong anti-oxidants.

Many possible efforts can be done to boost our immunity system. But living a healthy lifestyle is the key. Our lifestyle really matters. Our general habits are the input of our whole life output.

Quality and Quantity:
There are two things. Quality and quantity. Quantity of life is out of our order. It is in the hands of supernatural power. We have no control over the quantity of life. But we can control the quality of life. This really depends upon our health. A healthy lifestyle includes eating well, getting enough sleep, and avoiding bad habits which suck our life.

Maintain a Balanced Diet
A balanced diet is helpful in boosting our immunity. Our diet must contain a balance nutrition ratio. 
Consuming dietary fiber can help a lot in increasing immunity.

Understand that  Quality Sleep Means Good Health
Getting enough sleep especially at night is very important for your good health. 
Here, we are talking about the quality of the sleep, not quantity. Quality sleep period is almost between 9pm to 4am. It keeps us fit and energetic. And help to fight against diseases. Also quality sleeping behavior keeps us active all day. 

Exercise
Exercise is a necessary habit everyone should adapt to. It enhances our metabolism rate, Exercise has endless benefits on our body. 
Daily exercise speeds up our digestion process. It also regulates our hormonal cycle. According to research people who exercise daily or 5 days in week are less valuable to diseases.

Positive Mental Health
Exercise your mind in a positive manner. Feed it positive material. 

Your mental health directly effects your physical health. So its necessary to have a strong positive emotional IQ. 

If you are not mentally prepared then even minor diseases like flu can lead you to death. Mental weakness also weakens your immunity.

Thus the popular saying “If you think you lose. Definitely, you will lose”

Health is all about positive thinking. We should adopt healthy measures to live a long life.

Avoid/Stop Smoking and Alcohol Consumption
Smoking sucks your whole body organs and potentially damage your kidney. Smoke contains some harmful carcinogens which destroy your health. 
And same in the case of alcohol and drugs, they denature our normal body functions. Thus, weakening our immune system.
It may decrease body efficiency and the ultimate result in the collapse of the body.

Naturally the older we get, our immunity get weaker. Older people are more vulnerable to diseases and Virus.


Supplements to boost immunity:
Many foods can be consumed to boost immunity.
Supplements such as; Yogurt, Dry fruits, Ginger, Garlic and Citrus fruits, etc.


Vitamins to Boost Immunity.
Vitamin A
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
Zinc Iron and Folic acid etc.


Conclusion
To live a healthy and prolong life we have to adopt healthy measures. Without a healthy lifestyle, our immune system does not stand any chance of combating virus thus, we can’t survive. 
A strong immune system can be said to stand as a battle soldier against virus and gems. 
Exercising daily, having enough balance diet, avoid smoking and alcohol intake can  go a long way to keep our immune system strong.
