Codvid 19 carries no stigma. It's a Pandemic of which the survivors are like heros unlike HIV which many will feel you got it from sex.. Why are they not showing us the survivors. Codvid 19 is been politicized in this country for their selfish reasons that's all.. OUR own Rivers State now have 53 cases, na wa oh. Una truly know wetin be Covid 19?

Let them continue with the rubbish they're doing in Rivers. Wike may be a tyrant, but he is likely the one governor that will expose their antics in the end.

Then this disease is not half as deadly as the media has portrayed it.. So I hope you can now see why people are no longer scared of it. It's less potent in Nigeria and that's something NCDC won't tell us
I repeat, it's fatality rate is low, I presumed with the wealth of credible information available a lot of persons would have known this fact long before it came into the country but no, people go ahead saying annoying things like 'it is a scam'. Would we rather have our old parents or young friends with underlying health conditions die just because the virus would have little or no effect on the young healthy ones amongst us if infected? Think about it. Safe bro.

I guess that's pretty much all our mediocre government can do for now. Mediocrity is the new normal in Nigeria and we just have to live with it.
A big shame but this could cost us the rest of the year sad

Since Kogi and Cross River state governors refused to join the corona virus palaver in Nigeria. Neither states have had a single person who has contacted the virus.

Take it or leave it, this thing will become our daily routine for a long time..... the funny thing is how we sit here everyday waiting for figures while some people are using this pandemic opportunity to CASH OUT dubiously everyday.... it saddens my heart that we don’t even know what to believe anymore.... recently it is the case of people coming out to narrate how they got isolated without any evidence of being positive for Covid-19..... I am so sure there will be countless numbers of people like that who doesn’t even understand why they are there, but they are just there ignorantly believing they have the virus....

You guys should stop all this Nonsensical talks! Were they not stealing money before covid-19 started?

Do not rely on this government and their inadequate response the virus might be in your area and you won't even know. Protect yourself; wear your mask, wash your hands and try to stay away from people especially in enclosed spaces. Everything will be alright cool

Smart talk. Our testing rate is too low compared to our population.

tuzle:
Why do we have two contradicting report. When are they going to test 0.1% of Nigeria population. If it. With the slow rate of testing, [s]I can confirm that corona in Nigeria is not as serious as they claim and lock down isn't necessary. [/s]

It is actually worse than they claimed my friend. We're under testing, that means there are many positive covid-19 out there who will never show symptoms and will never be tested

Year 2020 turned out to be a crazy year. If I had known it would be like this I would not have stepped into it. I would have chose to stay in 2019, wait till 2020 is over, then crossover from 2019 directly to 2021.

It's a New virus. We've got to take all necessary preventive measures before we can confirm it's potency. So far it has a 3 percent mortality rate , judging by the pathetic testing rate here. You can imagine the real numbers. Don't forget that literally half of Nigerians bury the dead before dawn.
