i was just thinking about something today. Doctors save lives, they get paid even if not much in Nigeria.Lecturers pass knowledge and get paid even if not much in Nigeria but Soldiers save lives and risk their lives and not get paid well.
what's your opinion?

Soldiers don't get paid much because the Government don't want to give them a weapon and still make them too money conscious so that they don't start extorting people or planning robbery, kidnapping and other financial and violent crime... Soldiers defend lifes,

Doctors care for life's but God Save lifes, their pay should reflect their long hours on duty, hazard allowance, and the hourly wage must reflect their 8 years training in Med school, technically they should earn what Average Mangers or PhD holders of other career earn

Teachers and Lecturers should also be well motivated but we must remove sentiments we attach to teachers and lecturers as if teaching kids is a favor, these days with technology, courses are tutored online effectively through videos and animation yet the application used wont constantly nag you for more money like the Nigerian teachers do, Teachers if paid hourly according to their NCE or Bacherlors in education, and how many hours they work, factoring vacation and school breaks, a teacher cant earn what a Doctor, Engineer or Architect earn
