for 45k I'll advise you not to go for Gionee or oukitel, especially oukitel even transsisson devices in my opinion are better than those phones listed,just wait for a while till the umidigi a7 pro is launched the price should be under your budget or you'll wait for the economy to restore back to normal for phone prices to come down.
