People should ignore this link. It is a scam. They just copied inec template. If you follow the link, it will take you to a login page where if you use any email address, it will login immediately and from there ask you to fill forms, after which you will be redirected to payment where you have to enter your Card details and if you mistakenly enter your cards, you are gone. So desist from them. The person is a learner, you want to scam, your password is showing the password while typing it, a good programmer will always not make a password section visible.
