I personally don't care if the SE is landlocked or not, been landlocked is only a geographical state of a nation... and not an ideal reflection of its wealth or potentials like we've seen in prosperous "landlocked" nations all over the world doing far better than the "landfree" nations (case in point Naijeriya).
