Thanks for your comments however you got it wrong .Let me throw more light on this .Iyana Iyesi you mentioned is Main OTA Owned by Aworis .I am from Egba Egbado not Awori ,Kajoola Ibooro is not Awori Land please ,it's Egba Egbado Land .The Early settlers Migrated from a Town called Ibooro Town after Mashayi that is why they call it Kajoola Ibooro to differentiate it from other Kajoolas .Kajoola Ibooro is not Owned by Awori ,it's not an OTA town .Iyana Iyesi ,Osuke ,etc you mentioned is an entirely different Location and jurisdiction where Thugery disturbs people when constructing .Please note that There are nothing of such like Intimidating People who wants to build in Kajoola Ibooro please .I repeat None .We have Discipline here ,We do not have hidden charges at all ,I made known all miscellaneous Charges to Customers .Most importantly Omonile issues and disturbances happens because there is no Organisation and there are hidden charges ,When you have finished buying land ,Omonile would come to ask for Foundation money from 50k ,When you wants to Roof they will come for money as well ,These are the hitches that People go through and deter them .Omonile do not inform customers about all these so as not to discourage them ,Another tricks of Omonile is that they arrange themselves in such a way that they move in groups ,Collecting little by little .I know all these trucks and such is not here in Kajoola Ibooro .In Communities here there is what we call Community Developments fee ,Youth Fee ,and Security fee ,These altogether must be collected in a responsible way and Receipt Issued Officially by the CDA Chairman and it's Just only Once forever ,This is an entire Community Issue ,It's like a New Landlord coming to a new Community and asked to pay some fees before connecting Light .Even in Bigger Estates there are some fees you pay Only at once.However if customer Says he would pay later there is no problem such fee of Community Developments is 25000 naira ,Youth 5000 naira ,security 10000 naira .When it comes to Vehicles bringing sand well here there are nothing of such omonile collecting 1k 2k .Finnaly I am into Public Security relations so I Give maximum Protection of propertiesof my customers and I am an Authority in that Town .If you buy land you buy Peace.None of My Customers have a Problem Building .I Repeat No Omonile Issues .Foundation money apart from the ones Mentioned are Illegal and Against the Law in Ogun state .@freshpzy1 Bring all the Young People ,Come with your Lawyers ,Camera,Security to buy Genuine land from me.God bless U.
