At this point in time, most rents would have been due for re payment or renewal and most landlords would be expecting payment as usual, but it is unfortunate that most tenants had refuse to pay, giving lockdown and convid 19 as an excuse.
Most landlords are now affected, leading to untold hardships on their family
Now that this is happen, how are you coping as a landlord?

My landlord and his entire generation will know only goodness and God's grace all the days of their lives. Now I know why my landlord is 106 years and still going strong. Igwe I.O.U Ayalogu may the good Lord keep blessing you and your entire dynasty.
