Lalasticlalabos:
The cost of testing a patient ranges between N40,000 and N50,000

This people are cashing out big time. As far as this is constant, then Covid-19 is here to stay in Nigeria forever

The cost of testing is actually true, cos a cousin of mine said cost of testing is around 50k.
She's working with one of the testing center in Lag.

Lagos and Others...

FG should just sell 5 Northern , 4 SE and 3 SS states to Lagos for agriculture.

Bad as Lagos might be, it is still Heaven for some living in Nigeria.

Number 8 kinda laughable. The usual promises. Common palliatives they couldn't provide Nigerians.

This corona thing is just blown out of proportion.theres too much hollabaloo especially in Nigeria. What of people police may have killed in Lagos cells tonight, from torture? deaths from kidnap by kingpins, death by robbery, death from childbirth, infant mortality, accidents, old age death, freak accidents, drowning, death from fighting, death from malaria, typhoid, cancer, etc, Corona virus kills a small proportion compared to the other problems faced by humans

I am very impressed with Sanwo, he has shown he is worlds apart from other Nigerian governors and states. We need proactive people in the federal level not baba Riga wearing men.... If Lagos can get Rid of Tinubu, they wld even do better!

2. The cost of testing a patient ranges between N40,000 and N50,000. It is free for patients and Government bears the cost. Efforts are on to get the cost subsidised through Insurance or donations by aid partners.

This one is actually true.
One of my cousin working in one of the testing center in Lagos told me the cost of testing is around 50k.

50k per patient, not 50k per test. A patient can be tested 5 times or even more checking his status. first test is when they determine if he/she has the virus, that is not the end, they keep testing until he/she is negative and they will still repeat the negative test before being discharged
