36 States In Nigerian to get $1.5bn from the World Bank according to Finance Minister,
Zainab Ahmed, said this on Thursday, NAN reports.

She briefed State House correspondents after the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting anchored from the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presided over the first-ever virtual NEC meeting and the fourth in 2020.

Ahmed said the World Bank maintains that the impact of the COVID-19 on Nigeria will lead to severe amplified human and economic cost, which will move the country into a recession.

She disclosed that the immediate fiscal relief will also involve policy-based policy budget support for the Federal Government.

As in eh.......Seems only that governor knows what to do with money even before it comes.......evidence of good governance everywhere.......not the likes of Ikpeazu always last in every thing......May God punish any governor that will loot this money and not put it into use
