CORPORATE SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To coordinate and oversee all operational issues
2. Handle recruitment and deployment of guards
3. Attend to operations meeting
4. Plan and facilitate training of guard
5. Respond to emergency issues (incidents) on client locations
6. Coordinate clients/ guards workforce and also interface with major clients
7. Write incident / investigation report to client and FKG
8. Carryout risk assessment survey of a location and write report on it
9. Coordinate the activities, assignments & operations of Patrol supervisors
10. Ensure that all guards employment documents data (credentials, guarantors, referees, addresses etc) are verified/vetted before deployment to clients
11. Prepare patrol schedule and ensure that all locations are supervised and patrolled on daily
bases.
12. Identify and market the company’s business and products to prospective clients
13. Conduct presentations of the company services to prospective clients with a view of winning new businesses
14. Aggressive follow up of prospective clients till business is won and service level agreements signed

REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification: University degree in any discipline, professional membership of Nigeria Institute of Industrial Security (NIIS) is an added advantage
2. Experience: 5 years security operations & business development experience preferably in an industrial security company
3. Attributes: Very organized & pay attention to details, He must be proficient in the use of computer, strong analytical & problem solving skills. Ability to coordinate 1000 guards spread across locations within the coverage area.
