Javascript... JS Run

Sure, you can learn any programming languages on your mobile phone, using the required code Editor or IDE.

But to be more flexible, I would recommend desktop Code Editor depending on the programming language.

It help you get focus, and become proficient in typing code using keyboard

Not everyone has the opportunity to have a PC.

You can go to the farm and not have the cutlass and hoe at least, you can use your hands to make ridges and pull out weeds from the ground. That does not make you very efficient and very productive. A career farmer would look at you and think you are not okay.

Programming is not something you learn on your tiny device. I can assume the cost of your device could assemble a cloned PC or Used Low-end laptop in Ikeja Computer Village.

My advice is, if you are serious:
Get a PC.
Go for programming classes.
Practice. Practice. Practice.

And programming is more than websites and blogs. That's web programming.

Stop discouraging people, don't just know what's wrong with some people, i have been coding for years i still make use of my mobile phone to code anytime it's needed..im comfortable with it. below is vscode on running on my phone with one of my ph/laravel project for a client.
