@maajeed, what you are looking for is also at ikorodu which you will even get for a lower price of N170,000. the environment is friendly and there is lot of space in the house for parking, and even relaxing. the water supply is constant and there is also a reservoir which stores water in case of any fault.
this is the best deal you can get in ikorodu as it normal value is over N200,000. even to get a place to rent in the main land will be higher than the amount you have at hand.
