4500 per day for 30days = 135,000 per month for food only. Does the state and other state you are talking about pay that amount in their minimum wage? To annoy some lecturers that's 5k more than the IPPIS take home of a PhD holder who is a lecturer II.

Let us see d pictures of d #4500 food,even a breakfast of Akamu,Ankara,cup of tea,a loaf of bread with blueband,2 fried eggs,fried plantains will not b up to #1500....or are they are telling us a lunch of rice & beans with a whole chicken with d head & feet attached will not amount to #1500.
