Why Must You Die A Tenant? Because Land Fraudsters Are at Work

I will not die a tenant and neither should you.

To be a Landlord starts with getting a piece of land and developing it to become
a house/ property according to personal taste or purpose. For many, getting a parcel
of land has become the greatest nightmare with many fraudsters duping people of
their hard earned money. Only a person with land can develop his/ her property.
To get this land has become a challenge that must be overcome.

Obstacles to Owning Landed Properties;

1 Omo Onile; These are land touts found in different parts of the country
whose stock in trade is to sell off land they have no title to, to unsuspecting members
of public. Some sell their parcel of land to multiple clients and abscond with the money
or even make charms to make the buyers unwilling or unable to retrieve their hard
earned currency.

2 Reselling of bought land by the original owner due to increase in value and the
said land not yet developed by the previous buyer
There are many more obstacles, some of which you may already be aware of. Thus urgent
solutions are needed.

Solutions To Land Ownership Problems;

1 Avoid buying land from Omo Onile as much as you can. If you must buy, do your
diligent research about the land owner and look for people who have bought from this
person to know if it is save for you to patronize him.

2 Buy land from only Estate Developers who are registered
members of and have proper
titles to the estate they are developing.

3 Buy a new completely finished property being offered for sale by developers/ banks. You
may also buy properties being auctioned by banks.

4 Buy government land from the right source.

If you wish to buy land with a registered Estate Development Firm, in Mowe Ofada or Sango Otta
in Ogun State, you may contact me.
