BTW, what you hear is not engine sound (which is deafening) but exhaust system (especially muffler).

Me too. That SUV balance die. I drove one (not mine) and I could feel the confidence behind the steering. Though it is not roomy, gas guzzler and doesn't come cheap to maintain.
