A student, Emmanuel Madubuezi, who lost his leg after being shot by a soldier, is set to sue the Nigerian Army for N1bn. Madubuezi was hit by a stray bullet while on his way to school on September 14, 2017. The victim’s lawyer, Mr. Tope Akinyode, said in a statement on Tuesday that since the incident occurred, Madubuezi and his family had been through a lot. [s] Elukapendragon:[/s] Your father must be that soldier that shot the Innocent student  It not just about his leg lost or the price of it, His life and plans has been ruined, even 10billion will never be enough compared to the emotional trauma to him and his family, its about time someone taught these reckless law enforcement agencies a lesson about weapons engagement and serves some form of punishment to erring officers to prevent a repeat.
