COVID-19: Bauchi Records 2 Deaths, Discharges 37 Patients by opportunes: 7:18am On May 28, 2020

Two patients of COVID-19 have been confirmed dead in Bauchi state, bringing the total number of death to seven in the state. A statement from the state’s ministry of health situation room indicated that one new case was recorded and 37 patients of COVID-19 were discharged bringing the total number of discharged patients to 203.

“This explains the significant progress made by the EOC Case Management, Surveillance and Contact Tracing teams, Risk Communication and other State Task Force Pillars,” the statement read.

The statement further explained that as of Wednesday, only 24 patients are on hospital admission.

The only patient in severe condition has recovered and is getting better, it added

Rest in peace to the dead. I pray the survivals don't get positive again.

I still don't know why alot of Nigerians don't believe Covid 19 is real. May we or any of our families never experience this virus.

This virus is real but the numbers flying around in my country aren't real. No neighbor, no friends, no family, no enemy has been tested that any nairalander know of? Then to talk about discharge etc

Rumors going round that people are paid to accept positive status of covid19 and if you have a deceased and claim its as a result of the virus you'll get paid. So many things coming out this period! All I can conclude is this numbers will keep increasing because the FG needs share from the so called allocation to states with the virus and keep its share. Lotting out national resources with the name of covid19

Lets be real here, a thread on nairaland yesterday claim approximately 200 positive results from about 1200 test. This is a very scary figure that will make our infection count surpass that of united states and UK combined. Meaning 1 million test will bring about 200,000 positive results. We are about 200 million, guys do the maths. It all boils down to figures being announced in Nigeria are fake.

What kind of fraud have we entered in this country. Imaging this covid 419 people exposing themselves. They said on 27/5/2020, that Lagos discharged 87 persons, whereas Bauchi branch also said they discharged 37 persons. While the discharged persons from these two States alone gave 134. But NCDC that the total number discharged yesterday was 116 persons.
So who is fooling who?
