Job Position: Chef Instructor
Location: Kado Abuja, Nigeria

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Hotel/ Catering Firm.

Responsibilities

Will majorly be training students and Cooking for events.

Create recipes, Prepare dishes for event which are profitable and of world-class culinary service

Any other functions that may be assigned by the company.

Requirements

1). Must know about Pastries e.g. Filo pastry, shortcrust pastry, choux pastry etc.

2). Ability to Cook New and updated Continental and Local dishes( Italian, Asian, Mexican, African)

3. With a knowledge about Cake Baking, Buttericing and Fondant etc
Cognate experience, sound knowledge of continental, pastries, local dishes will be an added advantage.

4.Previous experience In the hotel/catering business will be an advantage.

5. High culinary skills.

6. Strong organizational skills.

7. High level of attention to details.

8. Strong interpersonal skills

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, and Saturdays 10am-5pm in a month.

Salary: *Negotiable
