Coming online to see that picture of a particular Man who participated in the looting of a shop in America sent shock shivers down my spine.
The crime of looting is taken seriously all over the world.
Were that picture to be taken in a Nigerian situation, people would have classified it as a poor Nigerian mentality that is synonymous with Nigerians. But here, it is in the USA and yet a black man is seen doing same in a brazen manner, can it be termed black man mentality.
Yes, the whites also commit atrocities and worse ones for that matter.
My opinion is that in as much as we want to defend our brothers, we should ask our serve some questions, if those we try to defend merit such sympathy.
I totally disagree with that young man in that picture whose on problem was alcohol,alcohol and alcohol. So if eventually he relations sees that picture of him looting bottles of jackdaniel, macdowell, eliot, etc. What will they make of him.
My take.

Black folk are living with poverty both on the motherland and in the diaspora. Especially those in the diaspora, the system designed for black man is to keep them under their feets, have you seen that video J. Malema was condemning south Africans for celebrating alcohol sales?
