Singer, May D has revealed why he reversed his decision to be interviewed by Ubi Franklin on his Instalive talk show, 'Talks With Ubi Franklin.'

The music executive had earlier taken to his Twitter page to disclose that his scheduled interview with May D, which was to take place tonight, has been cancelled after the singer sent a message via WhatsApp to inform him his management advised him not to go ahead with the interview.

He wrote: The Interview with @MisterMayD Has been cancelled. From a WhatsApp message sent to me few minutes ago, he said his management Declined the interview after we both agreed. So we won’t be having the May D interview.'

Reacting to Ubi's tweet, which has now been deleted, May D, who recently accused the now-defunct Psquare music group of not fully taking care of him as an artiste under their label, said he cancelled the interview because he knows Ubi is on Jude Okoye's side.



'Because I know you are on judes side, I know u dont like me bro! F**k dat.'



May D's decision to cancel the interview came after the Ubi Franklin interviewed Jude Okoye on the contract controversy between Cynthia Morgan and Jude Okoye's Northside Entertainment.
