Hon. Nonso Okafor, First Lawmaker To Complete A Constituency Project – Anambra Speaker

The Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Uche Okafor, has described the Member representing Nnewi North Constituency, Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor, as a proactive Lawmaker who prioritizes the welfare of his people and has continued to deliver dividends of democracy.

Rt. Hon. Uche Okafor who was in Nnewi during the weekend, to commission a 3-Bedroom Bungalow built for three (3) childless widows by Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor, praised the young lawmaker for finding it necessary to put smiles on the faces of the women.

The Speaker revealed that Hon. Nonso Okafor remains the first and only lawmaker in the current 7th Assembly of Anambra State House of Assembly, to have built, completed and commissioned a constituency project.

Speaking he said, “Nonso chose to build this property as part of his constituency project, for these our dear mothers, while we appreciate him, I want to say this and say it loudly, Nonso is the first House Member in this 7th Assembly, that have completed a constituency project”

While commending Hon. Nonso Okafor, he also appreciated the Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano for providing the needed support for Anambra Lawmakers to build projects across their various constituencies.

He however, appreciated Ndi Nnewi for voting Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor into the House Assembly and also for standing by him all through.

The spirit of APGA is on display once again, like Willie Obiano, like Osodieme and like Smart Okafor.
