EXAM MALPRACTICE: COURT FREES SENATOR ADELEKE A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has declared Senator Ademola Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) free after he was charged for exam malpractice. The decision of the court ruled by Justice Eejwo was as a result of the withdrawal of charge by the prosecution counsel, Mr Simon lough.
