As a Result of Expansion, There Is The Urgent Need To Fill The Role of a Plan and Field Executive in the Business Development and Support Services Department Of The Organisation. S/He must show was experience in the following key areas:
• Operations & Management
• Field Monitoring/ Tracking and Evaluation
• Data Management
• Capacity Building

Requirements
• Postgraduate/Masters qualification in social sciences, management or a related field
• Some experience in Small Business Development essentials
• Written and organizational skills
• Ability to collect and analyse data, and generate related results will be an added advantage
• Experience in generating business proposal in various sector
• Willingness and ability to travel at short notice
Responsibilities

• Constant tracking of and reporting on developments in the MSME sector of the economy
• Organization and performance of official administrative and technical functions as may be assigned from time to time
• Support for all business development services of the organization including training, access to finance, field trips if and when considered essential
• Cultivation of high level relationships with relevant stakeholders
