Give us this day
As the moon passed the baton to the sun,
we force our body out of our night graves.
Another day to embark on Life's unending journey,
A journey that ends only when our soul divorce our bodies.
With our knees standing on the ground
We open the gate of our lips and loosen our tongue
Hoping the air from our mouth will knock on heavens gates.
With a voice mixed with our emotions
We walk to the throne of the gods asking;
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us the sins of yesterday.
As we forgive yesterday for the pains and sorrows it brought.
And lf today should tempt us to sin
please be around to deliver our weak body.

nice poem.can you spilt it into two or three stanzas,i think it will be much better that way.
