Building your muscle does not imply that you have to be a member of a gym or subject yourself to any special gear and buy yourself a piece of gym equipment in the house. Although if you have the means, you can do all that, it is better not to overwork yourself economically because you want to look fit. The results you will have when you do your workout by yourself in the comfort of your environment are awesome. Your body weight and commitment to your physical and mental fitness will do all the magic.
Although there are quite many methods through which one can build a muscle without going to the gym, here are five simple, practicable ways you can achieve this feat in no time without going to the gym, they are as follows:

1. Crunches

Crunches is a good exercise that can guarantee you a very strong abs. They add a very important pattern of strength to the body and they are, often times than not, a small plan, out of a concise plan to grow your strength for essential building of muscle.

How to do it:
Lie on a flat surface, either a mat or a carpet. Bend your knees so that they become flat on the floor. Cross your arms in front of your chest. Use your abdominal muscles to lift your shoulders up towards the ceiling of your room. Take a pause and go gently back to the ground. You may decide to pick up imaginary things from above you which makes it more fun. Breathe in as you move up, breathe out as you come down. You want to have a stomach like Ronaldo, thats the trick.

2. Squats
When it comes to building the body, squats are one of the very best exercises. They are good for the whole body. From the thigh to the knee to the waist as well as the stomach, squats are all-rounders. They increase your muscular portion.

How to do it:
Stand with your legs partly open and place your hand either behind your head or stretch straight in front of you. Start by pushing your butt downwards and bend your knee. Make sure you are looking straight with your chest out and a flat back. Your back should not be moved haphazardly throughout the movement. Go down as low as you can and then pop back to how you started by standing on your heels. Your heels are expected to carry your body weight throughout the program. Over time you can add some rhythm and countdown to it.
