The only constant thing is change.
And that implies people, places, things, etc.

So, don't be surprised when people (loved ones inclusive) act weird today and all funny tomorrow.

(In fact keep a special place in your heart for such occurrences; they call it MOOD SWING) or worse, the MOOD remains on a SWING that never returns.�

Don't feel overwhelmed when an app you just purchased suddenly needs an update, or a certification exam you paid heavily for suddenly have a newer version.

Don't feel dejected that a place you visited just a couple of months ago now looks totally different; making it look like you have dementia.

Change they say is the only constant thing.

But there's someone who's immune to change

Yes! He is the Lord!

And He said: I am the Lord, I change not (Malachi 3:6)

You want assurance? Then, that's the real assurance right there.

He's the same yesterday, today, and forever. He's mightier than swings in moods, and awesomely anti-update.�

Oh....you need Him; especially in a world like ours where everything and everyone is ephemeral and transient. You need something REAL.

So, embrace change and create space for it. But much more, embrace the Certainty & Assurance found ONLY in God.
