If you lost 25kg in 25 days, it then means you lost 1kg per day for 25days!

Shedding 1kg of body weight in a single day is dangerous and completely unsustainable.

Recommended value is 0.5 to 1kg per week, NOT per DAY.

The degree of starvation needed to cause a 1kg loss of body weight is massive, and will cause loss of more muscle mass than fats(remember your target is to lose fats, and not muscles).
Rapid loss of muscle mass, which will include those of respiratory muscles, is dangerous, and could lead to death.

Don't allow anyone try that, bros.
