Nigerian Government Resumes Drug Trial Coronavirus. According to the latest update, federal government has approved the resumption of COVID-19 drug trial.

The Minister for health of the Federation, Osagie Ehanire, Stated this on Tuesday. He spoke in Abuja at the Presidential TaskForce (PTF) briefing Meeting on COVID-19 pandemic concerning on the way forward.


Nigeria had after the World Health Organisation (WHO) directive insisted that it would continue the trial with hyroxychloroquine. In his remarks,Dr Osagie Ehanire explained why the government approved continuation of work.
