The First Lady and wife of the President of Nigeria, Mrs Aisha Buhari has reacted to the on going rape cases being revealed and perpetrated in the country and has urge the Ministry of Women Affairs and all security agencies to ensure that all suspects related to the rape cases are brought to book.

Aisha said this in a statement released via her official Instagram account, where she expressed her grievance saying that women in Nigeria at the moment have become vulnerable.

She recalled the 'Leave our daughters alone!' campaign she launched last year together with the wives of other states governors in other to end gender-based violence in Nigeria.

Her post reads;

“It is devastating to hear about the gruesome death of our daughters who were mercilessly raped by men, who in some cases are their fathers, brothers, and protectors of their chastity.

"Women are increasingly becoming vulnerable in a society that is expected to...SEE MORE HERE
