Responsibilities:
Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing order before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, charges are correct and the customers are satisfied.
Loading and offloading
Accepting payments for delivery.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from customers.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Operating equipment such as bikes, cars etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum Senior Secondary School Cert.
Valid Riders License and other documents required for operating Bike.
Minimum two years’ experience.
Attention to details.
Reliability
Strong customer service and time management skills.
