Business Analyst Responsibilities:

- Creative and flexible in identifying technical solutions to resolve business problems in a rapidly changing, demanding, and complex business environment.
- Document user procedures and support user training.
- Assist with Level 2 Support where required.
- Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Contributing to post-implementation reviews.
- Contribution to the definition of departmental and systems strategies and progression of any allocated objectives.

Business Analyst Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- 5+ years of IT experience preferably in a software development role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in documenting end-user requirements, procedures, and workflow/process mapping
- Experience with process improvement initiatives.
- Agile and DevOps team experience.
- Ability to facilitate information gathering sessions with SMEs, and ask probing questions to ensure completeness of the end-to-end process captured.
- Experience with complex data, data mapping, database queries, and reporting.
- Excellent business writing - ability to clearly and concisely document large amounts of information and convey to several audiences.
- Experience of working with Atlassian JIRA.
