I have not watch the original video so I can't judge this. But I know people kiss their younger siblings, even parents kiss their children and it's has never been a crime. Like the guy said if he had any bad intension there is no way he would have uploaded the video. His dad n neighbors were there according to him. If those people did not see anything wrong then I don't think this is an issue, but like I said I have not watch the original video.
