It shows what projects are pending, what you or your team member are working on, and ones you have completed successfully. An SMS marketing program is not only cost-effective but also useful. It allows you to reach out to people on mobile phones and manage all contacts. Many businesses, especially ones targeting local audiences, use text message marketing to keep their potential and existing customers up to date about their latest products, offers, and discounts.

Employee and Record Management

While it’s not a bad idea to use Excel or Google Sheets to store employee records, it’s not efficient and there are many limitations. You can only add a short amount of information and in an unfriendly interface. You can create writer’s profiles, but you will have to connect MS Access with Excel and be very good at using them. It’s easier to get software that also allows you to keep track of the performance of each employee.

Most companies only buy accounting software when they have a professional accountant working in the office. I believe it’s more needed when you don’t have a professional for this job.
