*What you should know!!!*

*For our people that are in diaspora (abroad) this is the best time for you to invest in properties in Nigeria.* Either you want to buy house as a home or for investment or you wish to buy land this is best time for you to do that.

The exchange rate of dollar to naira now is $1 to N440, pound is £1 to N530 while euro is €1 to N460. It means your purchasing power has increased. The house or land that your money can not buy before, your money can buy it now once you convert to naira.

The price of crude oil per barrel went down as low as below $20 because of lockdown due to Coronavirus. The demand for crude oil was low. Which is really affecting the exchange rate to naira because Nigeria economy majorly depends on oil.

The price is going up gradually now. At the moment is $39 per barrel. Remember before coronavirus issue it was around $66 per barrel. Few years ago it was selling not less than $85.

As more countries reopen from lockdown, the demand for crude oil will increase, likewise the price will increase. Thus the exchange rate from dollar/pound/euro to naira will decrease.

Meaning very soon your purchasing power will reduce again.

At this moment the exchange rate of dollar to naira is still high (N440). So you have to quickly utilize this opportunity to buy house or land in Nigeria. If you have bought before, invest/buy more so you can reap bountiful return on your investment later when you sell or rent out or as you give them to your children.
