*Procedure*

1. Buyer pays *70% security deposit on loading and balances 30% on delivery* or *the can prepare a letter of credit from their bank to seller that will be cashable upon delivery*

2. Upon receipt and confirmation of payment ,seller loads tanker at depot ready to be taken to buyer's preferred location

3. Seller delivers product to buyer's location and subjects product to buyer's inspection
