Believe it or not, Abuja roads are world class. This short video (from youtube) below proves it. From the roads leading to the city gate and all the way down to the airport are smooth and beautiful.

The roads, yes. The traffic infrastructure, no. Living there for three years felt like I traveled out of Naija based on transport and the non-gra gra nature of the residents. If you travel on a standard road in developed nations you will discover Nigeria is twenty-five years behind when it comes to road networks, maintenance and traffic control.

But the traffic in Abuja is still better than Lagos and Abuja has wider roads. I think what Abuja needs is more flyovers to connect many roads together
