POST-COVID19: FREE ONLINE TRAINING ON BUILT ENVIRONMENT DESIGN

No one saw this coming. The outbreak of Covid-19 has crippled many sectors of the economy with many giants companies retrenching, sacking or even apply salary and wages cut.
Honestly, even the mighty economy, such as US, UK, Germany, Russia had there share of this pandemic consequences leaving more than 20 million citizens unemployed and most businesses folding up without any clue of how to revive after the whole dust settles.
Unfortunately, no one knows when the vaccines to cure this deadly pandemic will surface. Countries of the world are left with no choice than to start the economy by easing lockdown to allow people go on with their daily living while enforcing social distancing, use of recommended nose masks and washing of hands with alcohol- based sanitizers.
We therefore deem it fit to see a way to help several millions of members on this platform through our online ‘’built environment design training.’’

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This training will teach you how you can effectively carry out simple designs for residential and commercial buildings including high rise buildings.

Many participants who have gone through this training were members of this platform. Some of who are gainfully employed in the building engineering industry.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Several jobs are demanding a top notch experience of this course. They are majorly into construction contracting or consulting, as well as product manufacturers and distributors of pipes, electrical cables and accessories, air conditioning, sanitary and plumbing accessories, fire protections etc.
The knowledge you get through this class can be included in your Curriculum vitae or on LinkedIn for more visibility to employers of labour in the built environment.

WHAT DOES IT REQUIRE?
The first thing needed from you is INTEREST. We are not charging you for any services beyond online and classes will be updated here after being reviewed by our team.
Occasionally, because of the technicality, you may be instructed through ZOOM, TEAM VIEWER, SKYPE, DING TALK, MICROSOFT TEAM so that monitoring of participants can be maximum.
You will need a PC with configuration 4Gb RAM, 500 ROM, 64-bits on the minimum.
WHAT IS THE DURATION?
We have no time range in mind as this is going to be beyond the training, it may spring into mentorship and follow up for all participants of the training course.
Our team will make sure to update lessons and screenshots to this platform and also ensure good monitoring.

WHAT IS THE COST?
As already stated, we are charging NO COST for this training. Please, avoid scammers who approach you to demand for money. The instructors will share whatever at our disposals as we deem it fit.

DEFINITION OF TERMS:

BUILDING SERVICES: This refers to all entities either outside or within a building envelope facility that involves lighting, power, mechanical or other inputs that can make a building facility safe, secure, comfortable and habitable for occupants. We usually consider lift and elevators, air conditioning and ventilation, lighting, power, low voltage, drainage system, water supply, fire protection and many more as MEP Services for building.

Occupancy: This refers to the person(s) that occupies or inhabit or building facility.

Yes, we ended last week.
We hope there would be another opportunity soon.

Water supply pipes for plumbing designs follows IPC code and regulations though a little flexibility is just subject to local governing laws.

Check on Goole for IPC code as I am not sure you can get the updated version for FREE.

The last free there is 1993-1999 ( not really certain).

You need to also look at the flow rates and number of fixtures in the project to come up with this.

We have some project in the island of up to that height.
