JOB TITLE: OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
LOCATION: 2, ALLEN AVENUE, IKEJA, LAGOS.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Welcoming of clients and visitor.
2. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
3. Answering, forwarding, and screening of phone calls.
4. Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
5. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
6. Provide excellent customer service and scheduling appointments.
7. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.


REQUIREMENT:
1. OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Maximum 26 years
3. Most Preferably Female
4. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
6. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
