Yesterday Dakuku was angry against the High Court at Port Harcourt for Swearing Igo Aguma the Chairman of APC in the State.

Dakuku peterside,known as the Director General of Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency,in short(NIMASA) and also a Candidate of APC at the last election in River State.He said the problem faced by the ruling party in the state is usually cause by people who don’t belong to any party in the state.

understands that Dakuku made the statement while fuming against a High Court ruling in Port Harcourt yesterday which declared Igo Aguma as the legitimate Chairman of the APC in the State

Dakuku said the ruling is nothing but a Failure of justice, saying that the they are not near from the way he thinks.he also gurantee the members that the party will surely come out of the evil plans by people who does not belong to the party.

Speaking on Tuesday after the court period, Dakuku stated that the court has sworn in Aguma as the rightful candidate.Although the case was not ascertain.

Aguma had submitted a case to the Port-Harcourt High Court to tackle the issue of the caretaker committee at the state by the APC National Working Committee.

His statement is as stated,I plead with APC members at the head of Chibuike Amaechi not to lose hope but to have faith in God to bring our party back and restore the normalcy in the government.

He further said that,there is no obstacles by the enemies of APC of Rivers State that will succeed because it is not God willing that it’s should happen.

However,I am confident that the court of Appeal will correct the failure of justice seen today. instructions of the leadership role been submitted for motion before judgement is passed.
