A property marketer told me yesterday that he could arrange with the Federal Mortgage bank to backdate my NHF contribution and fast track my mortgage finance. That will make me qualify for mortgage loan from the FMB. Guy's how possible or feasible is this? Has anyone succeeded with this process? |
